INGREDIENTS :

2 ounces Siren’s Tale Vodka

1 ounce lemon Juice

1 ounce simple syrup

1 ounce rose water
-
1 egg white
-
Handful of fresh raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS :

Add fresh raspberries to your shaker. Muddle the raspberries into a jam like consistency.

Add Siren’s Tale Vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice and rose water and egg white into a shaker.

Add ice and shake.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon or lime.
