INGREDIENTS :

• 1.5 oz. Siren’s Tale Vodka

• 1 oz. Lemon juice

• 1 oz. Simple syrup

• Sparkling rosé

INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Pour the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

• Shake well, then strain the mixture into champagne glasses.

• Top each glass with sparkling rosé and garnish with a twisted lemon peel.
